HomePros Site-ID Disclosure
The Company may use HomePros Site-ID and the HomePros Site-ID Pixel as part of its marketing and audience-measurement activities. HomePros Site-ID is designed to function similarly to commonly used website marketing technologies and may use commercially available data and identity-resolution technology intended to support compliance with applicable privacy standards.
HomePros Site-ID may be used for legitimate advertising, customer engagement, attribution, analytics, and audience-targeting purposes. Based on information provided by HomePros, the technology is intended to focus on general household and consumer-profile insights and is not intended to collect sensitive personal information such as financial account details, medical records, or biometric data.
Consumer data collected through the HomePros Site-ID Pixel must not be resold by the Company. If the Company’s agreement with HomePros ends, consumer data collected through the HomePros Site-ID Pixel will be deleted within 30 days following termination, subject to applicable legal-retention requirements.
Sources of Information
The Company may collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you when you submit forms or communicate with the Company.
- Automatically from your browser or device when you use the Site.

If required by applicable law, the Site will provide a clear and accessible opt-out mechanism, such as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, consent banner, preference center, or another legally recognized method.

Retention

Consumer data collected through the HomePros Site-ID Pixel will be deleted within 30 days after the termination of services with HomePros unless a longer retention period is required by law.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
If the Company learns that it has collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, it will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
